Jason Dunham: You know. Something that you and your mind set has taught me is patience. I am in the top 10% of my field and love what I do.  I have 18 sublets. We’re in marine recovery and insurance. I have become a better person and now mentor because from you I have learned patience and to slow down with people.  Mentor them. Not just answer there question but mentor there question if that makes sense.  I have often been unapproachable because I would be short with questions I thought they should know the answer too.  I have followed you for years and watched you lead and now mentor.  You have an amazing gift and though I now work really hard on mentoring people around me I hope to have the patience you have with me and our whole group.  Hopefully I will have the mentoring skills you have one day although that is a high high bar.  I will learn and get better at crypto with you but you have taught me so much outside of crypto and for that I am so great full.  Thank you.
